Abstract Submission/Accepted Abstracts
Submission Deadline: May 31, 2017, 12:00 (Noon) (JST) ※No extension
- Changes cannot be accepted after the deadline.
- Applications for subject proposals (abstract submissions) are to be made by email.
- Please review the suggestions below, download the template, and make your submission after entering your abstract.
- All abstracts must be submitted via e-mail.

: Authors are limited to 15 per abstract. |

: Enter the affiliation of all authors or only the first author. |

: There is a limit of 60 characters, so make the title dynamic and conclusive, rather than descriptive. |
|
: An accepted abstract must contain the following elements: objective, methods, results―data and statistical analysis, conclusion and reference. |

: Approximately 1,200 characters, excluding the title, names of authors/co-authors, authors’ affiliations. |

Presentation Instructions
- The type of presentation is poster only.
- The poster panel will be used VERTICALLY.
- The dimensions of the panel are 160cm high x 90cm wide. These are the maximum dimensions to follow when creating your poster, but you may make your poster smaller.
- An abstract number will be provided. (7cm high x 20cm wide.)
- Please include a color photo of your face within the space (13cm high x 20cm wide) at the left top of your poster (below the abstract number).
- The poster title, names of authors/co-authors, authors’ affiliations, and country must be included on the top of the poster (20cm high x 70cm wide). Put “○” in front of the presenter’s name.
- You must put the body, charts, photos, and tables within the space (160cm high x 90cm wide) below the title, abstract number and your picture. Don’t exceed this space.
Presenter obligation
- Poster presentations for overseas participants will be held on October 28, 2017.
- Overseas participants can put up their posters only on October 28, 2017; you can choose whether you remove your poster on October 28 or put it up until October 29.
- On the presentation day, please visit the “Poster Registration” desk before putting up your poster.
- The poster presentation format is questions and answers. You are required to stand in front of the poster during the discussion time to receive the certification of presentation.
- Abstract numbers will be announced on around August, 2017 on this website.
